Website Changes

Over the last few days all my websites, from personal to business have undergone a major change. It is something that happened in the background that did not cause us any downtime apart from the business site going offline briefly for about an hour to move files, databases and set up email accounts.

All my sites were hosted on a shared server. And after much consideration and thought I made the decision to move everything I run to a VPS (Virtual Private Server). Which means I now how full control of what occurs and what is installed etc. I do have my NOC Administrator that is managing the server so I don’t have too, which is a load off my mind as a Linux base is not something I am fully aware of at the moment. And also TBH not something I am really wanting to learn at my age either.

None of my accounts are addon domains to another domain anymore either. Every site has its own dedicated account. Which will make things a lot easier to manage and run.

If you notice any issues just contact my Business account through the HelpDesk located here. I am not expecting any issues though.

Also every website will be having some changes made to them over the coming weeks, so stay tuned for more information and details coming soon.
