Just a little update!

Right now it’s 3.28am at the beginning of writing this post. I have been awake since about 2.30am after falling asleep just before 11.30pm last night (so only about 3 hours sleep). Woke up in serve leg pain and could hardly walk to the bathroom, had to keep holding onto things and slowly make my way there and then to my desk. Where sitting down made the pain a bit worse. Anytime now my pain medication should be kicking in to relieve some of the pain. I know it won’t take it all away the pain is too bad this morning.

I have to make sure I am a bit clear-headed for a 9.30am phone call for my NDIS funding review. Then once this goes through hopefully I will be able to start getting back out again and doing things I enjoy doing. Like getting myself to the pool and go swimming and to the CCLC for morning/afternoon coffee and cake, trips to the waterfront, and other areas around the Central Coast. And that just reminded me of the pictures I took at the Australian Reptile Park last year before COVID hit I haven’t posted yet. I will see if I can find the images and post them after I finish this post.

The major thing for me will be trying to find support workers I can trust again. The 2 I had previously failed after a couple of months as the trust was broken. So I know I won’t be using the agency I used back then. But there are several other ones and also private ones that I can use (as long as they have an ABN (Australian Business Number – which individuals can get), insurance and 3rd party car insurance (in case we are involved in an accident then their insurance will cover my medical bills) and a regular Police check.

This one is just a short post on how I am feeling right now anyway. But my depression is kicking back in as I said a few days ago, so yesterday my Doctor increased my anti-depressant by another 25% – so now on 100mg and I am to take it at exactly 10am every day. That shouldn’t be a problem I am always awake at that time anyway.
