Back into Lockdown

Well, it has happened again. I have gone into lockdown as I am not feeling the greatest right now. It is just like everything is starting to fall to shit and really I don’t understand why. Right now it is 8am and my support worker will be here anytime now. We were supposed to be going to the gym this morning but that isn’t going to happen.

So, now it is 8.45am and my support worker has been here for a bit and has just gone running a couple of errands for me and pick up a couple of things. An awesome guy he is.

Now back to my lockdown. Not really sure what is going on, I think it is just the fact that there has been a lot of shit going on over the last couple of weeks and months and several more things over the last couple of days and right now I am thinking it is the time to just lock myself away and spend some time alone pretty much in lockdown mode.

So, over the next couple of days, if you try to contact me and I do not respond, this is why. Just be patient and I will get to you when I am up to it.
