At 10am today (in 6 1/2 hours), I am being admitted back into the same hospital where I had my OHS on the 5th May this year.
For about a month now, I have been dealing with an infection in the arm scar from the OHS. My heart surgeon is not happy with the current progress and has decided the only option left to try to sort this infection out is to go in for another surgery. This is not what I want, but it is something I need to have done.
All going well (which pretty much nothing with this OHS has) I should be back home within a few days.
Let’s hope this will be the bloody end of it.
