5 Weeks Since Final Surgery

It has now been 5 weeks since my major surgery, which was surgery number 3 within an 8-day period. I am still putting on a brave face for everyone and not showing my true emotions. Lately, however, there has been a bit of anger coming out over minor things. I am not wanting to show my true emotions around other people as I feel weak and just not right.

I have let emotions get the better of me a little bit once but still, no one saw it so it didn’t really happen.

Right now I can not believe it has been 5 weeks since my leg was amputated. So much has happened over this period, but I am still not just coping with all the other things that are currently going on now. There is so much involved in what happens now. I wish I didn’t go through with the 3rd surgery.

These are pictures taken of my leg this afternoon. It is actually looking pretty good to be honest. These are NOT graphic images.

More posts, images coming over the coming days, stay tuned.
